This Privacy Policy explains how Virtuous Techlogic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Water Sort Puzzle mobile application on Android and iOS (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information we collect

The App is a casual puzzle game. Depending on your device, platform, and consent choices, we and our service providers may process:

• Advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / IDFA) when ads are shown and when you allow tracking where required (for example, Apple App Tracking Transparency).
• Device and diagnostics data used by ad and analytics SDKs (device model, OS version, approximate location derived from IP, language, app version, crash/performance signals).
• Purchase status related to the optional non-consumable “Remove Ads” in-app purchase (handled by Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase; we do not receive your full payment card details).
• Local game progress stored on your device (for example level progress and settings such as sound preferences).

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email, or photos inside the App unless you contact us separately for support.

3. How we use information

• To operate and improve the App
• To show advertisements (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads where enabled)
• To provide rewarded features (for example, watching a rewarded video to skip a level)
• To honor Remove Ads purchases and restore purchases where supported
• To measure ad performance and prevent fraud/abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display ads. Google may collect and process data as described in Google’s policies:

On applicable regions, a consent / UMP form may be shown before personalized ads. You can reset advertising preferences through your device settings (for example, limit ad tracking / reset advertising ID).

5. In-app purchases

Optional purchases (Remove Ads) are processed by Apple or Google. Their privacy policies apply to payment processing. Purchase entitlement may be stored locally and validated through the store SDKs.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the App, primarily:

• Google (AdMob / advertising & measurement)
• Apple / Google (app distribution and in-app purchases)

8. Data retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App. Advertising and analytics retention is controlled by the respective providers under their policies.

9. Your choices & rights

• Disable personalized ads / reset advertising ID in device settings
• Decline tracking prompts on iOS where shown
• Purchase Remove Ads to stop ads in the App (subject to store rules)
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing us

10. International processing

Service providers (including Google) may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by those providers.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
